HNC Outsourcing Limited is a BPO & ITES finance-services company registered in Bangladesh, located at Flat 6A, House 19, Lane 1, Block A, Dhaka 1216, Bangladesh. We provide outsourced accounting, financial data analysis, payroll, and VAT & tax services to businesses in the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, and elsewhere. For the purposes of this website, HNC Outsourcing Limited is the data controller of the personal information described below.
Information we collect
Contact form. When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), the service you are interested in, and the content of your message.
Careers form. When you apply for a role, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the role you are applying for, your years of experience, an optional cover letter, and your CV file if you attach one.
Usage data. Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how visitors use the site — for example pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
How we use your information
We use contact-form submissions solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you asked about. We use careers submissions solely to assess your application and contact you about it. We use analytics data to improve the website. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising.
How your information is processed and stored
Form submissions are delivered to our team by email using Google services (Google Apps Script and Gmail), and this website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Analytics are provided by Google Analytics. This means your submitted information is processed by Google's infrastructure, which may store data on servers located outside your country. Google's own privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship. We keep job applications and CVs for the duration of the recruitment process, and up to twelve months afterwards in case a suitable role opens, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Data security
We take confidentiality seriously — it is central to our business. Access to submitted information is limited to the HNC team members who need it, our website is served over HTTPS, and client engagements are additionally protected by non-disclosure agreements and secure data-handling procedures agreed in each service contract.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the UK/EU GDPR and similar laws in the US and Australia), you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@hncoutsourcing.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
